The muted enthusiasm is underwhelming. I wish the best for our D coach's mysterious illness but having Toilet distracted from head coaching by doing the D coaching seems to have worked wonders. And the D did well so maybe a simple demotion rather than firing Bolwes is the move. Having no one head coaching certainly was better than having him do it.

Sopne and I will be at the game today. Can't wait. I will look for Cheech. Cheech - I will be the good looking blonde guy wearing the Joe Willy '69 throwback Jersey. You know when our uniforms were cool. I'll buy the first round. Go Jets!!!! [ So, you got to see a jets win. How was the game day experience? Was the stadium pumped? Were there as many broncos fans as it looked like on TV? 70/30, 60/40 Jets/Broncos? Did you meet ff2/cheech? Did he make it to NJ or was he a no show because he was still at the kavenough protests DC? Did he wear his little pink hat? Most importantly, did you have fun??? Seemed like a good game to be at - good weather and a jets blowout. Perhaps you’re good luck.

New York City is really not the place to have a mediocre team in. Too many transplants here that flood the stadium when the team isnt doing well.
The fact that Metlife is an over priced piece of shit doesnt help.
Good win though.

I don't mean to make light of Kacy Rodgers illness and wish him well. However, does it take a serious situation involving a member of the Jets coaching staff for the team to play well? Lets see what happens next week. I'd like to see the intensity carry through to the game against the Colts. I'd like to say the Jets can pull this off but we'll see, we've all been fooled too many times to think this is the new norm.

A lot of Broncos fans yesterday. Yes there were. After the game I went out to Sound Beach to do some work on my Aunts house so I have not been able to post much. I did see a lot of Denver fans., The ones sitting around Sopne and I left at the start of the 4th quarter. I think the raging my son was throwing at them forced them out. He was respectful and clean, just non stop trash talking. The other thing I really noticed is that the fan exp is so different then years ago. No one stands in the stands. If you do people behind you yell at you to sit down so they can see. We had a blast anyway and enjoyed the beat down. We absolutely love Joe's tailgate and will be our tailgate location for every game we attend. I think Met Life, while severely overpriced, is a good stadium with good lines. It is easy to get into and out of. The traffic at the GWB absolutely sucked and was a bunch of drunk Jets fans, which did help pass the time. Overall a great Father/Sopne day.
