Assuming all 24K Liberarian votes in WV would have gone Republican, then yes, but is there any proof of that? They could have been former Democrat voters, or even usual non-voters that decided to come out and vote this year. I'd say the same thing to them that I said when Hillary supporters blamed the Green Party... stop crying and make a more compelling case for your candidate to get votes, and people wont vote third party. If Republicans would actually cut spending, decrease the size of govt, and leave folks alone re: privacy issues, you'd see hardly any Libertarian votes. |
