My brother grew up in North Dakota and now lives in Houston - the once a year snowfall they get shuts the city and roads down to a halt. I get the same shit here in the Raleigh area. Schools close on the threat of snow. I will be in Houston this weekend. Any good TexMex suggestions? You can't go wrong with anything by Pappas -> pappas.com/I've eaten at the Seafood House and Cantina - both are excellent.
