ok so apparently you click on the tweet that is giving you th e lulz so it opens in its own window
then click on the arrow in teh upper right and click 'copy link'
then just paste it into the reply window and it works

Fatty today was talking about the national championship. He spent at least 45 seconds repeating himself saying his whole family watched the game with him. 45 seconds that could have summed up in the sentence before this one, in 2 seconds. Frankly, it was embarrassing to listen to.
