I'm a little surprised you are not outraged that a bigger man physically attacked someone in an outright act of violence. There was no self defense or other justification there. Are you condoning violence for the sake of humor? The shorter man aggressively approached the larger man and verbally threatened him. While I think violence is a last resort, I understand the larger mans reaction. Also, his violence was controlled, the little fella was fine. I’m condoning controlled aggression in reaction to douchbaggery. No, the guy he threatened stood there with his arms crossed and refused to engage in a physical altercation in response to mere words. In Boston terms, he was "smaaht". Then the bagel guy turned toward another large man (he makes everyone look large) who had apparently said something and responded something to the effect of "go ahead and attack me", and the guy did. Responding with physical violence when the other person has only thrown "words" is call battery in every State (with the possible exception of Florida, Texas and Louisiana). |
