sounds like Apu aimed for the dude's leg and a lucky shot hit the major artery in the leg, although the defense said he was just shooting into the air. suuuure - that's always smart, especially putting bystanders at risk

I shot the clerk!
I am confused, so this guy steals a bear, the "Clerk" goes to great lengths, well not Great, but he chases him down and shoots him dead for stealing the beer and does not collect and bring the beer back. I am not sure but doesn't this defeat the purpose. I am on the fence on the shooting but not bringing the beer back in unacceptable.
