Interesting fact of the game: Referees threw the flag for more yards than Dak Prescott threw the ball for the Cowboys..

Had to stay away.
Wasn't going to post during another loss.
Somehow, they beat the Refs
That game had more laundry on the field than my kids rooms in Highschool.
Glad we won.
We are on to New England.....

Knowing how good Sam is, it still blows my mind that we got him no O-line help. Eff off Mac.

Even w/o a competent O line, Darnold stood tall, moved in the pocket, understood what he was seeing and got rid of the ball quickly. He had a couple of coverage sacks he should of thrown away made about 3 bad decisions. He played a heck of a game. It will be rolling when they get him some help.

Couple of positives from the offense besides the obvious Darnold, Bell, Anderson, Crowder...
Alex Lewis and Chuma Edoga were fantastic. Edoga had a shitastic game against the Eagles in his first start last week but bounced back in a MAJOR way. Owned the shit out of DeMarcus Lawrence the entire game. And Lewis is looking like an awesome trade by Douglas. He was PFF’s #4 ranked OG in the league last week and he followed it up with another great game. Even when Osemele gets healthy, no way I would replace Lewis. If anything, let him take Winters’ spot at RG. Lewis and Edoga are the only two players on the roster who could actually have a future as starters along the OL.
Also, Demaryius Thomas looks like he still has something left in the tank. It was well worth a 2021 6th rounder to provide Darnold with a big veteran receiver who can make plays on those short slants. Still displayed some of the YAC ability he was known for in Denver as well.

Answering my own question with this report... I wished it said will. We need him to have a chance. Herndon would be nice too.
