Gase has an inability to get along with good players or players with potential and/or cannot bring out their potential. Case in point, Robbie Anderson is leading the NFC South in catches with 36 for almost 500 yards; Jamal Adams, one of the most skilled safeties in the NFL wanted out; Leonard Williams is improving with the Giants but still is not lived up to the hype; Most recently Le'Veon Bell will soon be showing his skills with the Chiefs after under performing with the Jets; Another player who flew under the radar was the 68th pick of the 2019 draft Jachai Polite, once thought to be a steal in the draft class by the Jets just racked up 3 solo tackles and his first career sack last week with the Rams. Gase has a history of running players off and/or stunting their growth in Miami and now they are playing well and contributing with new teams. Examples include: Ryan Tannehill; Kenyon Drake, Kenny Hill; Minkah Fitspatrick; and Laremy Tunsil. It almost seems like players with talent immediately see his bullshit and call him on it and he moves them out. He wants a bunch of robots who will follow his craziness blindly. I realize there can only be one boss and Parcells was kind of like this but the big difference is Parcells knew what he was doing Gase does not.

And if he’s a fucking moron, that means the fucking moron who hired him is even bigger than a fucking moron. I can’t think of a good word for that atm

I like how Gase sits by himself during games with little to no interaction with anyone. Speaks volumes for his personality. Douglas looked like he was pissed and embarrassed when the camera panned to him during the game. I can only speculate what is going on with the Johnson's keeping Gase but I'll say this, if the Jets want the #1 pick of the 2021 draft Gase is the man to get them there.

This team is horrible & getting worse as the fire sale begins. And look at the upcoming schedule. Bills Chiefs Patriots Chargers Dolphins Raiders Seahawks Rams Browns Patriots Who the hell is this team going to beat with or without googly eyes? Maybe the Chargers? They can’t beat any other team on the schedule.

I actually larfed out loud when I heard it.

I actually think most of the fanbase is OK with letting Gase finish the season bc he is our best chance to land Lawrence.
