With the Clemson backup QB (freshman) looking pretty good in his 2nd start does that give anyone pause on Lawrence? Is he a product of a great system and team or are they just that good at picking and developing QBs?

I’d say it’s more a product of Clemson being a national powerhouse that is capable of attracting these types of players.

However, so was Darnold at USC who was surrounded by a top flight supporting cast. I want to see Darnold start the in the Jet's remaining games. That will finalize which camp I'm in as far as getting Lawrence or keeping Darnold and using the pick or trade down picks to build a quality supporting case for Darnold. If Darnold continues to miss games through injury, I'd say it's Lawrence by default if he's there when the Jets pick.

I'd keep Sam in the Lineup then since we almost won a couple of Football games with Joe Flacco.
This would ensure Trevor will be a Jet.
THANK YOU, TREVOR, for not following the stupid "advice" from that clown who said you shouldn't declare and stay in school to avoid the Jets. FUCK THAT ASSHOLE(I forget who it was)!

"injury"? Even healthy, Sam is shitting the bed.
Either he's been told to purposely throw games by Management or maybe he wasn't as good a QB Prospect like everyone in the fucking country believed....
Jets CANNOT F this up now that we know that Trevor will indeed declare. Go 0-16 if possible(Jets may luck into one win along the way to get 1-15, though) so we will finally have an actual QB that is the Real Deal...AND GASE HAD BETTER NOT BE THERE NEXT SEASON.

Jacksonville almost gave us some precious cushion today.
I still say its less than 50% we get the pick.

I'm going to be rooting for every Jets Opponent these final weeks.

Can we finally put to rest the bullshit about Lawrence forcing his way to another team?
He’s going to whoever is picking #1.
A little after the 10:00 mark

So if that takes place, I wouldn't mind not seeing the Jets take their place in infamy with the Lions and Browns. Added bonus, Kicking Mumbles ass on the final game of the year to usher out Sam on a win and usher in Lawrence. Speaking of ushering things in and out, right after that game ends, Gase needs to be ushered out by Jets security and his belongings placed in a cardboard box on the curb.

If the Lord and Savior's name was Gregg Williams, then you're right.
Too bad he's gone now.
