Quick question... If you’re the Jets and you go to the Pro Days of Wilson & Fields & then you decide to stay with Sam, do you think that could possibly devalue the second pick a bit? It sure can’t help. I think teams are always willing to reach for a QB. The market will be there. I just dont see it happening bc it marries JD to Darnold. And he is due for a pay day. And next year's QB class is not looking too strong as of now. So many factors working against Darnold being our QB in 2021. Good points.

So if you read between the lines, that at least confirms that Sam will stick around next season.

"penis touch her hand" seems to be a recurring theme in all these lawsuits.
At least they're all different unlike the Cosby ones..
This doesn't look good for DeShaun.

Just a comment on the 2 Twitter posts. I don’t think for a minute that Joe Douglas told Corey Davis that Sam was definitely going to be the QB. The Jets have kept their cards very close to the vest. I’m sure they spoke carefully about the subject. And I’ll bet Davis is well aware and answered the way he saw fit. Even if you keep your cards close to the vest, there's always an unintended leak of what you're planning to do.
Perhaps Joe unintentionally showed his hand to Davis in trying to get him to sign a deal.
I don't think we should entirely dismiss that possibility.
I like Joe D but he's not infallible.

If I was getting ready to sign, that would be a question I would ask. Maybe it doesn't make a difference to some people but I'd want to know if I was catching passes from Kellen Clemons or Tom Brady. If asked, I would think JD would have to provide some insight, even if it was: "Well, we're still working through that, so what I can tell you at this time, it would either be Sam Darnold or Zach Wilson."

I certainly don’t think Joe is infallible but GM’s know how to speak and answer the question without answering it truthfully. Davis said that it was “his understanding” that Sam would be the QB. That is another example of saying something without answering it definitively. I don’t dismiss Sam coming back but I personally don’t think he will. If they stick with Sam & he sucks yet again, they are in trouble. The 2022 QB class is not considered that good.

With Joe Flacco signing with the Eagles, does that elevate James Morgan to the #2 QB for the Jets? I think Mike White also continues to be with the Jets.

Looking like this guy is toast. This lawsuit alleges forced oral and masturbation. I’m naive - how do you force a chick to do oral? Couldn’t she just bite your schween? Puttin your cock in an angry chicks mouth seems like a bad idea to me. I find the idea of forced oral hard to swallow you married?...

If the jets brought in Sherman, it would of remind me when they brought in Ronnie Lott. Lott was in the twilight of his career but played hard for the Jets. I still remember a game but forget who the Jets were playing. The score was lopsided against the Jets and they were trying to get off the field and end it. The announcers said Lott was having none of it and was still running all over the field decking people. Provided Sherman is healthy, has something left in the tank and would sign for a fair salary, I wouldn't have a problem bringing him in.

Maybe JD told him, tell them Sam's the guy, and we're gonna put out reports of Deshaun Watson getting booty massages and jizzin on unsuspecting lesbian massage therapists to destroy his value so will bring him in for nothing, and draft Sewell at #2 overall and rule the world lol
