the last time we ended a once promising season with a 6 game losing streak,
an owner stood up and said "i'm old, i want results now," and ushered in one of the most incompetent eras in the history of sports
let's see if woody wants to hand his beer to anyone to hold

BTW the Dolphins covered on the last play of the game. A safety when you expect them to throw a hail mary but instead they try a lateral.
If you were r3t4rded enough to bet on the Jets.

I know I'm in the minority but we have by far the worst group of QB's in the league. Is that on Lafleur? Yes bc he doesnt change his schemes. Only time he did it was when Strevler went in. So you're saying he did change his schemes. He was saddled with the worst QB in the league the past two years by every metric in Wilson, a statue in Flacco who will probably retire, and the immortal Mike White. Not to mention what happened to our Oline. Some teams go through an entire season with the same line intact, yet we're on our 5th RT and we were starting guys signed off of their couches.

Breece Hall when down in Week 7.
He finished the season as our leading rusher.
When you factor in how bad the QB play was, that is mind boggling. When you watch LaFleur call A gap dives on 2nd and 10 every series its not surprising at all.

Yeah for a QB who cant throw he changed the offense for a quarter. You win.

Yeah for a QB who cant throw he changed the offense for a quarter. You win. We all lose, only trying to point out that no one would have been able to make this offense work. Our prized 2nd overall pick was forgetting the plays from the huddle to the time he lined up. How is that on the OC?

There is plenty of blame to go around but imo he has done enough to be fired even with all the caveats.

I think the bigger question is anyone able to develop Zach. He's fragile not only in body but also mind and when they cut bait he'll never amount to anything regardless of what team he goes to. If anything blame JD for drafting him because he had plenty of question marks coming out.

I only hope they take a flyer on Joe Milton in the draft. He has shit you can't teach but lacks the experience so you hopefully can get him in round 3. 6'5" 250 lbs. and he has a stronger arm than Allen. 50 yards with the flick of the wrist and he can rifle it into tight windows. Hell I'd burn a 2nd on him.

He was the consensus #2 and we desperately needed a QB. Lance has barely played in 3 years going back to college, Fields is just as much a RB as a QB at this point and Mac Jones blows. The blunder by JD was not firing everyone in 2020 and having Mangold coach the team the final 5 games so we didnt lose Lawrence. At least we didnt blow the #1 overall pick like the Texans did today in the final game.
