I'm glad the media is calling for loss of draft picks instead of just a fine. A fine wouldn't do shit. Hopefully, this forces Goodell to stop being a little bitch and do his job properly.

It's not like he's the only athlete to try to gain an advantage. I blame the NFL for allowing for this to happen. Why in the hell would they allow the teams to inflate their own footballs?? And then punish the team that didn't follow protocol? Give me a break. If this multi-billion dollar industry can't handle inflating a few footballs to keep it even on both sides, it deserves this black eye at the absolute worst time possible. F the NFL for being so stupid.

If anyone has ever thrown an underinflated football you'd know it's easier to throw a spiral for sure. It's easier to throw it accurately. This is cheating at it's finest. Fuck them. BAN! Real question is what should the punishment be at this point: 1) Certainly I would expect a huge fine and maybe loss of draft picks, but I also think 2) Bellichick should be suspended for the Super Bowl and for next season as a repeat offender (without pay) 3) Tom Brady should be suspended for the Super Bowl as there is no way he didn't know about this. (and he should be fined as well) That would be fair in my opinion. And a strong signal that cheating won't be tolerated.

People keep mentioning that the deflated balls did not change the result. Am I the only one who saw Luck's inaccurate throws and dropped passes by Colts receivers in the first half? Also, Goodell won't look at it that way. He'll be thinking.... What if it was a close game? Imagine the situation if the Flats* won on their final drive? There would be hell to pay and I guarantee Goodell is totally pissed that BB would create a scenario where the credibility of the NFL is questioned. to me, a Football fan, the League is now tainted.
Bill Cheaterfuck has ruined the integrity of the game....
The Shats are the ''Pete Rose'' of football now.
Ban him Roger. Then Kraft can fire that arrogant piece of shit.
How dare he doe this.
Shame on you. Shame. Shame.

Now this is the second time the Pats have been caught cheating so if anything the penalty should be worse than the first one. Also anyone with half a brain knows they've been doing this for a long time.

What did he say? At work cant see youtube Basically, It's cheating and it's something that the league will deal with harshly. Also tells how the balls are marked and guarded. As in he seems very convinced it is a huge fucking deal.

I would settle for a Ravens vs Colts AFC championship do-over, and for all previous Patriots SB wins and appearances vacated.

If this game was closer, then I'd say it's worth fighting. It's obvious it wasn't the ball that caused the Colts to lose, but still it's more than a coincidence when this many balls were under inflated. Repeat offernders... .....you can't just look at one game....if they did it all season long maybe they cheated to get home field advantage....think the Ravens game might have been different if played in Baltimore?

Loudmouth Pats fans who were here yesterday talking about a "made up" controversy and overreaction are now noticeably missing and silent.
They cannot believe this is happening again.
Well, let me tell you guys something in all sincerity. You are like battered spouses at this point. You keep going back and saying, "he's nice to me, he's honest and I deserved it." Wake the fuck up! Your team has a long, detailed, and proven history of skirting the rules, pushing the envelope and, in fact breaking rules and cheating. You guys cannot accept it. You close your eyes, pretend it isn't happening and keep going back.
Wake the fuck up! Start the 12 step process and cease the denials.
Your addiction to the Pats ways and denial of the problem is like alcoholism. You need to be honest with yourselves. Let's try it. I'll show you how it works...
The Jets sucked in 2014. Rex was all hot air and the organization was a mess from the front office down to the tee boy.
It hurt when Revis left. It hurt that he went to the Patriots.
I'm not sure the Jets will win a Super Bowl in my lifetime.
The Patriots cheated in 2007, and possibly beyond. They cheated in the playoffs this year. They are a dishonest organization that uses a cost-benefit approach to breaking rules, determining that pushing the envelope and cheating are worth the risk of getting caught and the occasional fine and draft pick they may have to give up.
These are facts that I can admit. Can you?

Refs trying to catch one of the balls Pats are using, right as the half starts? To see if there had been anymore shenanigans?
