My muscles cramp up fairly easily. Besides 3 cups of coffee a day, I drink practically no water. I understand the difference between muscles and tendons but I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm pissing 8 times a day now. you try drinking apple cider vinegar? also if I were you, every day you should take CBD oil 3 times a day If you can get with THC, DO IT. If not get CBD oil but make sure its from certified gold plant This shit does not work. I tried it for 3 weeks on my neck after my three cancer surgeries last June. Made absolutely no difference. It had 10% THC if I remember correctly. All it was good for was keeping me up at night worrying about a random drug test.

For that you need what they call Rick Simpson Oil... which is made with indica. You got some Sativa non med oil. Okay for morning/daytime, but for that you had the total wrong stuff. Wish someone would have told you that before

Also, CBD Isolate is LEGAL and it is extremely good for you. Many athletes use it for injuries. But it MUST be real and from a good proven source

Do they hurt where they attach to your heel? I had that for years and decided it was bursitis. What finally got rid of it for me was I stopped playing tennis and took up jogging instead. The quick change of direction was fucking with it something horrible. Now I only play tennis occasionally Also I started doing the weight machine where you raise up on your toes to strengthen your calves. That did wonders for it. once I got passed the fear that they would both rupture with the bloody ends rolling up into my legs, that is. I knew I came to the right place. That's exactly it, right at the attachment with the heel, and I also play tennis. Sometimes they hurt though even if I haven't played in over a month. I get out of bed like an old man. Totally understand your last sentence too. Whenever they hurt and I'm playing tennis or soccer it's always in the back of my head that they're gonna snap. I'd rather not stop playing tennis because it's practically the only sport I still play competitively, and I loathe jogging something fierce. If it comes to that, good to know you got rid of it that way..Thanks I'm fascinated by the thought process that involves water going down to your achilles tendons and making them feel better. Perhaps a brief respite from RETREATING would help. Thankee Oh how clever. Managed a surrender joke when talking about achilles tendons. Oh common.

I tried it for 3 weeks on my neck after my three cancer surgeries last June. Made absolutely no difference. Wait... did you say ON your neck? As in some kind of balm? Really wish you'd try the right strain, that stuff is very important. There is a reason Big Pharma is losing their fucking shit over it You will NOT take away their opiate addicts!!! And the Prison slave industry isn't remotely happy about it either

Anyone else remember how happy you were when you copped a really big nickle bag of weed? Nickle bags were not that big when I was buying them. Still bought them though.

AP - Vanessa Marquez, an actress best known for her recurring role as a nurse on the NBC drama "ER," was shot and killed by police in South Pasadena, California on Thursday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Police were called to the 1100 Block of Fremont Avenue in South Pasadena just before 2 p.m. local time on Thursday to perform a welfare check. Upon arrival, Marquez, 49, was having seizures and appeared to be suffering from mental issues, officials told CNN. After about 90-minutes of trying to offer Marquez medical help, police had to put her down, and opened fire.

After about 90-minutes of trying to offer Marquez medical help, police had to put her down, and opened fire. Or, as another News source reported: "Then, while they were talking, Marquez grabbed what they thought was a semiautomatic handgun and pointed it at them, Mendoza said. Two officers fired at her, striking her at least once in the torso, Mendoza said. The officers retrieved a weapon after the shooting and determined it was a BB gun that resembled a pistol, Mendoza said." It's amazing the power of words left out..or added. The media is a funny thing.
