This type of post is why Jets fans are looked at as idiots (as little offense meant as possible - but it's true).
Kubiak's offense took it to the Fucking Cocksuckers, mixing run and pass masterfully. He was aggressive all game, scored 31 points in a road playoff game, and had great play-calls on 4th down multiple times in the game.
You complain that he "got cute" inside the 10 yard line? The Ravens went 4-5 scoring touchdowns in the red zone!!!! How many times have the Jets scored 31 points in playoff game (or any game?) How good is our red zone offense? And you are complaining about Kubiak's playcalling....wow!
Then, you go on to say that he is "trying to score too quickly". Are you kidding me! There are 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter of a playoff game and you are down by 4. They have the ball at the 40 yard line. Guess what...they are trying to score a touchdown anyway, anyhow they can. This is not Madden. You don't worry about leaving the other QB time when you are LOSING. You call plays to score anyway you can.

They were going chunks of yards at will basically all game. There are way to many negative aspects of that play for it to be logical choice at that point in the game with they way it was being played out. And not to be offensive but you are a cock hole
The whole point of my post was to show (quite effectively) how idiotic your stance on this is. You blast Kubiak for going 4-5 in the red zone and trying to score a TD with under 2 minutes to go in the game because he was scoring "too quickly".
It's just flat out dumb no matter who you are, but the fact that you are a Jets fan who has seen how putrid our red zone offense is, and how we cannot come up with a big score at the end of the game makes it all the more ludicrous.
You claim to watch football, but you clearly don't understand it. This game was not lost due to Kubiak. Any objective analysis can see that 80% efficiency in the red zone, a back who ran for 149 yards, 31 points in a road playoff game, a QB who threw for 3 TDs, etc. are all things that should have made for a Baltimore win. Their defense lost the game and to criticize Kubiak is just dumb - I realize my audience and that all this will probably be lost on you.
I weep for your kids and their future generations of misinformed SOJ fans.

im not gonna go back and forth with you. As good as he coached they lost, you think your right but again that is your opinion, I think your wrong, the Baltimore offensive line was having there way with the pats d line and the Ravens d couldn't stop a nose bleed in the 4 th so as a coach I want someone who understands this and that the only way to win this game was to score but also to score and leave no time on the clock for Brady, now if they score in a 30 yard catch and run I am all for it, but throwing a bomb on 2nd and 5 with that much time left is not the best route to victory, it might be great for a touchdown (debatable) but a win is what your looking for, and it's a low percentage play and it's going away from what has been working the whole game. I'm done going back and forth with you, you weep for my kids and go fuck yourself while your at it. |
