Sign Cro and throw the bank at Revis for fuck sakes and let McDougie and Milliner see if they can figure out how to play football.
Cro is coming. Done deal. I wanna see another fucking rookie CB like a wanna see us strut out another rookie QB. I don;t even want us to draft another CB at ALL. Shit is making me crazy!

Fuck you.
We used up all our good luck at that position when we drafted Revis.

Picking 6th we just need to take the best player available, fuck forcing need or reaching for a guy that high. We already know that both OLB/DE and WR will not require reaching at all. Fowler or Ray; White, Cooper or Parker. the issue is valuation of Mariota or Winston. Personally, if Mariota is there I would take him, but I understand all the arguments against that pick. Obviously the impact of getting an elite QB is off the charts relative to getting an all-pro edge rusher or receiver. The QB pickings are so slim both in the draft and in FA that the Jets will need to think very carefully before passing up one of these two if there.

There are more quality CBs in this year's FA class than I can remember for years. So it would be a totally Jets thing to do to reach for one at #6. I'm hoping Mac breaks the mold here. Typical S..OJ.F. post right here.

I rather strangle myself with my own dick than watch another high first round cb pick "learn" the position again If we do draft a cb with out first pick, please sell tickets to the dick strangling...I'll buy two. It'll rate better than our season.

Isn't CB pretty deep in Free Agency this year? Makes no sense.

You have to buy the PSL first. Plus how thin is his neck if he can hang himself with a 3 inch "rope"?

I'm so tired of the Jets drafting corners every year. Why do the Jets consistently have a need in this area?

Concerning my 2 1/2 inches, that's why I have this whole bottle of exten-z, should add a good foot and a half of usable snake coil.

It's clear the Jets need a quarterback. But Mike Mayock has a simple solution if Marcus Mariota isn't available when the Jets are on the clock at No. 6 on draft night April 30. "If there's not a quarterback available or if they decide one of those two quarterbacks doesn't make sense for them, I think they've got to get the No. 1 corner in the draft," Mayock, the NFL Network's lead draft analyst, said Monday during a media conference call. "To me, whether they think it's [Michigan State's Trae] Waynes, whether they're OK with the kid from Washington, [Marcus] Peters, Jalen Collins [of LSU]. You've got to weigh that a little bit against an edge guy like Dante Fowler . But from my perspective, you've got to get a difference maker and a great football player at No. 6."
The Jets thought they were getting a difference maker in 2013 when they drafted Alabama cornerback Dee Milliner ninth overall. But he's largely been a disappointment with his inconsistent play and propensity for being injured. Milliner has played in only 16 games in his first two seasons
The Jets tried to add depth to their secondary last year by selecting cornerback Dexter McDougle in the third round. But he never made it to Week 1, tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during training camp.
But even with the prospect of a healthy Milliner and McDougle returning -- and the possibility of snagging a veteran free-agent (former Jet Antonio Cromartie is a possibility) -- Mayock still thinks the Jets are better off drafting a cornerback if the quarterback options don't excite them.
full article www.newsday.com/sports/football/jets/mike-mayock-s-advice-to-jets-drafting-cornerback-makes-sixth-sense-1.9945111Source homepage ,updated automatic newsfeed on every jet topic on the FUCKING internet i'm okay with the top corner in the country. with the 6th pick the jets should be able to get the best player at one of the most important positions. since it looks like bowles is going 3-4 a corner makes sense. consider how good milliner, mcdougal and a top corner could be in making the defense dominant. last season they didn't have a very good secondary but still ranked pretty high. if only the offense could score some points.

It's either going to be a WR, OLB or MAYBE a QB if we stay at #6.
I don't see a single OL, CB, or RB that I would entertain that high. Maybe Gurley before he tore up his knee, but not now.
It's either going to be a receiver like Parker or White if Cooper is off the board, a passrusher like Ray or Fowler, or maybe Mariota/Winston if one of them falls.
