In many cases, without treatment, they can't help themselves. But not those who put the rest of the population at risk, no sympathy. They move from having a problem to being a criminal.

Everyone does it. Plus I'm sure the cop had a beef with him and only wanted to settle the score. It was a withchunt organized by Arizona police.
