I actually picked up both of those hats while they were available. You can still find the green hat, but I can't find the white one anywhere. Yeah it's been sold out for a while as I was gonna swap mine out for a larger size.

If we where getting new unis, wouldn't they have announced something by now? it's 7/8 weeks until the season starts, surely they would want to have the change done and be selling the merchandise by now. We're not getting new unis. Teams have to notify the league a year or so in advance before changing uniforms. Besides, would you really want new uniforms when Nike's making them? Yikes.

Nike is destroying college football uniforms. Look no further than TCU's 2015 unis... That said, it might be impossible to out-do what Under Armor did to Maryland...

They look like they're trying to outdo Nascar vehicles. And three different styles of gloves? And I guess a knee brace is a mandatory part of the uniform?

Maryland has like 50 alternate uniforms, all as bad as the other.

I'm not trying to argue.... this is just my opinion. I agree that some of the Nike uni's are pretty bad. As for the college uni's they have a far more laid back set of rules as to what they can wear and how many versions/variations. Now - Nike and the JETS.... I really blame Woody and the management when the uni's were originally changed over from reebok. It only takes one second to see that the colors were not matching, that would have been the time that we (Woody and staff) said something to Nike to get it fixed - we will not put out this crap. The sweat patch on the stomach does make it look worse also. Surely we had to sign off on these new uni's and whoever did probably didn't really care to make sure or didn't know what they were looking at. That being said, based on other uni's in the league I do think they could do a good job with ours as long as someone in the FO would work with them to make sure the colors were correct on all parts of the jersey, pants and helmet. Also, I am not sure what it would take to get the league to let us modify the current uni's to get the colors to match vs. an outright redesign/updated look. I like our uni's but would not be opposed to an update, but if, and only if, someone with the Jets was around to approve / deny any of the changes and color sets.

The Raiders should be the only team allowed to wear black. As a primary color, it looks awful on just about every other team's uniform.

The only thing more gay than these uniform threads are the old "what are you wearing to the game threads" from SG3 or his ahole alter-ego was. Then don't comment on the thread, you idiot. Problem solved. You don't need this thread, and we don't need your worthless opinion.

I would like to see green and white camo. I guess some gray mixed in there would work too, to tie it all together and really create the camo effect. Jets. Like fighter jets. May as well have some camo. Like a mixture of city meets country.

I wouldn't trust our FO to choose the colors for a birthday cake. Those morons consistently get EVERYTHING wrong.
