So Kraft accepted the league punishment for cheating because he believed this would lead the league to rule that his QB (who is a cheater) wasn't a cheater? Hmmmmm...makes sense. In bizarro world. This must be the most insane "logic" ever. They never thought they were guility but accepted the punishment because they knew it would be overturned? That's how an innocent person behaves? This whole Patriot organization is the most entitled group of people on the planet. Notice how their behavior and arrogance changed once they were the Super Bowl winners. It's like they think they're untouchable now.

Funny that Kraft did not cry after Spygate. Goodell created this mess. He let Bellicheat and the Pats off the hook with Spygate and burned the tapes. Now, when the NFL holds the Pats feet to fire and tell them we are not letting you off the hook this time, they cry like spoiled children. Goodell created this mess/monster (Pats unrealistic expectations).

So wait - is Kraft basically admitting in his statement that he was looking to BUY Goodell dropping the punishment on Brady? That it was a quid pro quo? Feels like the kind of thing people assume, but NEVER admit as its just as shady as what his organization is acccused of in the first place.

Funny thing, they would have gotten away with this one too, except at least 4 owners (and maybe more), told Goodell that he was not going to get away with this BS again.Simply put, the owners forced Goodell...either you uphold the suspension, or we have enough votes to have you (Goodell) removed. Those owners are the real heroes in this story.

There is some serious double-speak going on in that statement. What does this even mean? What did he believe the league "wanted"? It fully sounds like Roger told him, or he believed for whatever reason, that hte charges would be dropped if he just went along for awhile, then Roger would say, OK never mind. But he double crossed" him. The part about accepting the penalty because it would exonerate Tom is pure nonsense.

When you add everything up this whole thing looks even more ridiculous. Ball boys fired but didnt do anything or never knew anything despite numerous incriminating text messages. In fact no one ever knew anything, ever. Deflator is a reference to losing weight. The weather caused the low PSI in the footballs. The ball boy went to pee with the balls in a restroom without a urinal. Brady didn't hand over phone because of private messages. Phone was destroyed like all of his phones, except he didn't destroy any of his previous phones. NFL is on a witch hunt and hurting the integrity of the game. NFL was tipped off beforehand, but really should have warned the Patriots that they would be watching for foul play. Brady says he didnt do it, so he obviously didnt do it. O. M. G. Spaz. Missing anything? Lets not forget that the Pats also suspended these employees for no reason as well. Isn't that what sane people do to employees who have nothing wrong?

Rejoice! I think that bastard organization's arrogance is finally catching up to them They are having total collapse. This is the first I have thought we MAY actually see Kraft forced to sell the team/step down and Belicheat will probably not be there next year either. And forget about fuckboy Brady. That bitch is done. Toast. No more preferential treatment alone will make that bitch look like bad Geno.

The crime was minimal compared to the persistent lying, if they just came clean and took the punishment they would have a slither of credibility. It's this "we are above the league and rules" attitude that leaves a bad taste in your mouth, it's like a naughty petulant child who won't admit they misbehaved and say sorry. Everyone knows they are cheating scumbags, but this innocence, we did nothing wrong act in the face of facts is just fuckin sickening. Detest that organisation from top to bottom. totally agree. it's not the crime but the coverup. brady and kraft just needed to man up and take their licks for their part in the whole thing. brady, without a doubt, encouraged those ball boyz to make the balls like he wants and he's been pulling this garbage for nearly 10 years. and weren't the patsies the big instigators of the rule change about who supplies the balls used during the games? in this regard, the league should've just said they were going to supply new balls for each game. i mean how much can an nfl game ball cost? $100 per? imagine they could've eliminated this whole circus show for $2000. but rules are rules and the patsies broke them. screw them. they've been cheaters ever since bellichicken got the hc job.
