What exactly does he have to accept? That the report was true...basically they're asking him to admit to perjury and they'll agree to a settlement. Not gonna happen

What exactly does he have to accept? That he is in fact a cheater and this is not a 'witch hunt' like those idiots in Boston are claiming. That's like us saying there is no video evidence of the punch and Geno may have fell onto IK's hand... No wait... His jaw could have been broken at any time! Maybe he slept on it wrong! After all, he talked to coach Bowles with a broken jaw. There is no way to be sure! Oh wait... Let's try, his jaw isn't actually broken! It's all a lie! You can't prove it! They just wanna trash Geno because they are jealous he's not suspended like Brady!!

What exactly does he have to accept? Brady accepts the Wells report is accurate in exchange for a lesser punishment. It's a big deal for the NFL for several reasons. If Brady makes an admission that the Wells report is accurate then: The NFL conducted a fair investigation and the NFL's reputation is preserved; The punishment doled out to the patriots was legitimate; There will be finality on the issue of liability on the part of Brady and the team staff; Brady won't be able to pursue the NFL or anybody else for defamation related to deflategate because he has admitted fault. It's improbable that such a deal is struck. Brady's delusions about beating this aside, admitting cheating would be the end of any endorsements outside of Boston. I heard he's already lost half of his endorsements. The NFLPA isn't going to want a settlement on these terms because it risks the events in deflategate becoming precedent for future punishments against players.

The investigation was done in accordance with the CBA which Brady fought for and agreed to. Brady is just a whiny bastard who is trying to weasel is way out while the fall guys are some working slobs. No respect for this douche'
