Albert BreerVerified account @albertbreer The NFL is likely to appeal Berman's decision to the second court quickly. Immediate question becomes whether they seek a stay.

Ian Rapoport @rapsheet 30s31 seconds ago Don’t expect @nfl to seek an injunction to keep Tom Brady off the field as they appeal this ruling. Basically, he’s playing this season.

Great precedent to set for the rest of the league Exactly. Cheating is fine. Even if you get caught, just destroy the evidence and enjoy your Super Bowl trophy. There will be no punishment. Can't wait for the Flats* trolls to show their face around here again.

Not surprised at all. The NFL is run by a bunch of buffoons. Brady could have killed somebody on live tv and Goodell would have managed to fuck it up.
Doesn't matter. Like OJ, everyone knows he cheated. Even most of my pats friends admit it. But the NFL set a precedent by ignoring infractions in the past and they gave themselves very little chance to win.
The good news is that Goodell comes out looking like an even bigger dumbass that he ever did. And that's hard to do.

This is the end of Goodell. The NFL is still rolling in money. I doubt anything happens to him.

So he cheated, but since it didn't explicitly say not to do that in the rules its okay. Wow. Time to get creative with the rule book, everyone else is doing it.

Most of the NFL players, coaches, owners and fans know that the Cheatriots cheat.
