Not looking good for Cro (knee) and Walls (hammy). Jets would be down to 4 CB's including McDougle if those two can't go vs. Colts. #NYJ
Walls injured his hamstring in practice this week. Probably going to see Dexter McDougle in his debut this week -- behind Revis, Williams, Skrine. Depth being tested early.

From Daryl Slater (NJ.com)
FLORHAM PARK — Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie, who is recovering from a sprained left knee injury that he sustained in Sunday's season opener, once again did not participate in the early part of practice Friday.
Cromartie hasn't practiced since he got hurt. He is attempting to return in time for Monday night's game at the Colts. Cromartie, a 10th-year pro, has never missed a game in his career due to an injury.
Backup cornerback Darrin Walls (hamstring) also missed his second straight day of practice Friday. Rookie outside linebacker Lorenzo Mauldin (concussion) once again wasn't even at practice Friday, after he got hurt in a scary situation during the opener. It seems unlikely either player will participate in Jets-Colts. Mauldin's return is subject to the NFL's post-concussion assessment protocol.

Cro doesn't need to rush back and cause further injury.

Not good. As much as you want to crap on walls at least he has seen live bullets. McDougle is a complete unknown and could be a major liability for us monday night ( le idzick curse).
Or he may pick 6 neckbeard and win us the game?? either way I would feel a whole lot more comfortable with cro in the lineup.

TY Hilton didn't practice today....I'd be surprised if he played.
I would easily trade off losing Cro/Walls in exchange for the Colts losing TY.

Another thing.....all the talk around here is how the Colts lost to the Bills because they abandoned the running game too soon.
Please oh please Colts, take the ball out of Lucks hands and give it to Frank Gore all night.....I'll take my chances.

Thinking that they were making him rest that knee all week and then just making sure he can do everything on it today to have him ready
