Fitz puts every ounce of energy and effort into even a simple slant and out patterns. You cant have a starter that's that limited.

One more game I would give Fitz to rebound and get his shit together(plus Decker will be back)....
You can't just dump a QB because of one loss, especially coming off of 2 straight victories.

You give Fitz one more start against the fish...if its more of the same you get Geno going with the 1s at the bye in preparation for him to come back against the Redskins...

Let's be real honest, if we don't get two mindless turnovers by losers on the goal line then we may very well be 0-3.

Everything is a baseballesque type wind-up on every throw but the dump offs. Defenses will feast on a release that is that slow. Fitz is a great back-up that can win you a few games at this point in his career, but he's not starting material.

Frank Gore inexplicably fumbled running unmolested into the end zone... That changes the game right there. The fumble and injury to Luke McCown at the start of the Browns game with the dive into the end zone... The Marshall strip on the INT... Those were all in crunchtime spots. This team isn't THAT good.

Our O looks pedestrian or worse. They sucked against the colts and had that one drive at the end that saved them. That's it. Otherwise our O may b one of the worst in the league through 3 games.

To me fitz has not done much better than geno. The difference from previous years is he has been getting bailed out by his defense and occasionally by his offense (Marshall ripping back an int, the other wr being good enough to haul in some of his shit passes)

He's too predictable. Look for Marshall. Look for Marshall. If it's going deep, it's under thrown. If fitz struggles again next game. Make the switch at the bye week.
Geno is gonna turn it over for sure but at least he brings more arm strength and can run it for a decent gain if things break down.

O-line didnt seem to help today. Injury to Colon, I thought was a killer. Winters is an absolute liability out there -- seemed like he was getting shoved back into Fitz face all afternoon. If Colon is going to be out for a while, we are in deep shit.

This isn't Fitz's fault. He never claimed to be more than a backup. I knew he was. Most of the NFL knew he was...
Jets fans were the only ones dense enough to think Fotz was the answer.
Geno. It's time to find out.
