And that's in a 14 game season you can't say enough about maynard. absolutely a great player. the other thing is that namth rarely was above 50% passing or 3000 yards per season. even in a 14 game season that's not much compared to the 4000 that just about any passing qb makes these days. And think of how different the rules were? Wideouts were harrassed until the ball was in the air back then. Offensive lineman had to keep their hands in when they blocked, they weren't allowed to extend their arms.

Those aren't technically "records" See while I understand where you were going with that, technically... they are. Common. Yeah. Tying someone by having back to back 140 yards rushing for the Jets. One of the most coveted "records" in all of sports. Right up there with DiMaggio's 57 games. You COMMON!!!!

Damn carlton, you just got owned by ff2 discussing football. You must be embarrassed as hell. I've finally figured you out, you suck at life, fuckin loser with no friends and the black sheep of your family. You never got enough love off mommy and poppa used to touch you in the wrong places. So one day you decided to become a Pats fan to validate yourself, make you feel like a somebody, sit on an opposing teams forum puffing your chest out like you are above and superior to everyone. In reality you struggle to cope with your shitty little existence, you come here for the attention to ease your pain and block the memories of bein a lonely little fat prick no one ever liked. Don't worry we are here for you.

Those simply are not "serious records"
I would label them interesting coincidences.

She's played with my helmet quite a few times sonny.
