It looked exactly like the 4 qtr go back and watch the offense formations. I already did Oakland O line blocking looked just like the pats blocking. That OLine just dominated our front 7. That's just embarrassing. They got their asses kicked.

Do people forget how Rex teams look on Thursday nights? I'm sure he turns all that around against us.

I was nervous about this game, I'm not nervous about the Bills. There's a huge gap between Derek Carr and what the Bills are going to run out there at QB. This was also a west coast game the week after a tough loss to the Patriots.
The most concerning thing about today's game was that we couldn't run the ball...again. Regardless of who our QB is, they're going to need the support of a productive running game.

a couple of points if i may. first off any team can be beaten by good qb play. and by this i mean getting open receivers, throwing quickly and decisively to those open receivers. carr was able to get rid of the ball quickly and that's one of the main keys to negating a pass rush. brady has shown what quick passing can do. wait too long for a receiver to get open or try to go too deep and it's going to put lots of pressure on the oline. secondly, the raiders, thanks to the patsies, probably found a weakness in how the jet dline rushes the passer. the patsies always seem to get the dline guys to the ground. it's probably borderline holding on every play. but considering how much the jets have investd in the dline, they need to do a lot better. thirdly, the loss of fitz can't be underestimated. the jets were moving the ball when he went out. geno sort of finished but didn't do a thing in the first half. had they matched the raider first half scoring they might have put enough pressure on the raiders to make bad decisions. in the second half the offense and defense played better and the raiders were making mistakes. the hole was far too deep to dig out of though.
the bottom line is they got beat and they beat themselves. they need to beat jacksonville decisively to right this team.

Now I'm going to say so my thing listen up. Don't want to hear about drafting DT, OLB, Safety, or any defensive player next year. THE JETS NEED A QB. I DON'T CARE IF THE Y HAVE TO TRADE THE ENTIRE DRAFT FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS TO GET ONE THEY NEED A QB. THAT SHOULD BE THE #1 PRIORITY NEXT OFF SEASONS AND THAT QB NEEDS TO BE A LONG TERM SOLUTION NOT 1 YEAR LIKE FARVE. we passed on Flacco, Carr, all for defense it needs to stop defense doesn't win championships anymore having a a offense that can strike down field does. With the rules that favor WRS over DB in pass coverage having a stud QB wins championships.

Carr went in the second round last year did you know that? Although I'm pretty sure the Raiders drafted ahead of us last year. Can you imagine if we had traded up for Carr?

The Pats had 16 yards rushing against us. They're 30th in the league in rushing. Productive running games are not a requirement. There is no "regardless of who your QB is". It's 2015. The QB position has never meant more than it does right now. No other single position on the field even comes close. Until we get one, we will suck, just like Buffalo.

It pointless to complain about our linebackers, our punter, our tight ends, etc etc. Until we have a QB, this team doesn't stand a chance. All teams have weaknesses. The days where you have interesting matchups of the "defense-running back team" vs the "high scoring offense, weak defense team" and other assortments are over. The team with the best QB wins 90% of the time now. It's predictable, boring, and sucks donkey if you're one the teams that can't acquire one.

VTN is a big Jets fan, but i don't think she's going to agree to that, even if it meant a SB season. Where's Southside?!?!?! I bet he'd do it!

Yah. Has been a Passing league for awhile and moreso now than ever. Not rocket science.
Not nearly enough quality QBs to go around.
