I'd settle for a win as well... We're both 2 stumblin' bumblin' teams at the moment, just hope not to be the stumblin' team this week. As I type this Victor Cruz just ran for a 99 yd TD in my head..... walking_home_crying-1328 so much for having an ELIte qb, eh? flacco needed a huge last second fg block to beat the browns. brees was plenty terrible this past sunday. what's san diego's record these days? this kind of underscores that an elite qb isn't all that's needed. i'm not sayin that fitz is the qb of the jets future past another season but the guy they need isn't that far above fitz.

I could see this being a game where the Giants don't even bother trying to run the ball at all. They will put Manning in the shotgun to give him more time to get passes off to avoid the pass rush. Their passing game is their strength, and right now our secondary is our weakness. How many times will Cro get victimized in this game? I'm guessing a lot.
Their O-line is injured as hell right now, we have zero excuses to not get to the QB and get some sacks pressure on Manning.
We all know Eli is good for some turnovers, so if we can't get to him, get those hands up and hope for some tipped passes/batted balls and maybe we'll pick up some ints.
Their defense is garbage, so hopefully we get our running game going again and keep them guessing.

Is Revis going to play or is he going to dodge? Either way I would double OBJ every single play. Every single play. Make the other guys beat you.
And if we cant score on their putrid defense then we dont deserve to win.
This should be a 10 pt win at least.
P.S. We have never recovered from the Victor Cruz 99yd TD. Been downhill ever since.

Honestly this is a game I would like to see Revis cover the number 2 and have Williams and Gilchrist / Pryor double / triple OBJ ever single play. OBJ is going to get his against revis 1-1 as well as when we double him. I rather make them as 1 dimensional as possible and force Eli to throw into double coverage or be forced to go to his third option. OBJ will make his plays but constantly under double coverage he will be contained. It will be up to their 3rd option to beat us and I like Skrine against whoever that option is.

Is Revis going to play or is he going to dodge? Wouldn't really use the word dodge because he's in concussion protocol but I hope to God he plays...

The Patriots had the right idea, screw the run game and pass all day. Jets don't have pass rushers, LB's can't cover and secondary is banged up. I'm worried about Vareen abusing Davis for a bunch of passes and OBJ abusing Revis if he plays. He needs to be doubled all. day. long. And keep Cromartie far away from him as possible.
