Ok, I'm becoming the board's leading conspiracy theorist, but lets get real. Every game the last two weeks has ended as a one score game despite obvious blowouts in the making except Chiefs\Texans who nobody gives a shit about and Green bay who was losing until the 3rd quarter and then took off. Do I think the outcomes are fixed? Not sure... but there is no doubt that once a winner is clear it goes like this:
Don't know about Vegas but I'm totally sure Goodell doesn't want bored fans and more importantly want's everyone on the edge of their seats upping the ratings at the next game.

Get ready for a non-stop Brady vs Manning circlejerk in the media this week....intolerable.

Manning is limping his way to retirement. NFL is hyping up a Brady-Manning duel that doesn't exist anymore.
No way Brady loses this.

Really hope Denver's D shows up....but with how sorry their O looks it might not even matter walking_home_crying-1328 Inconsistent running game, noodle armed QBing, dropped passes galore....Brady might just walk to the SB

I am just hoping that this game will follow a similar script to yesterday. If Denver's defense can keep them close and they can score enough so that it is a one score game in the 4th quarter, maybe they can find a way to pull it out. Especially if the thin air takes its toll on the defense -- Pitt's D sure seemed to wear out in the 4th quarter yesterday. Not sure how much the altitude had to do with it, but Denver won the same way in their last 2 home games of the regular season:
10 points in 4th Qtr and OT to beat Cincy 10 points in the 4th Qtr to beat SD 11 points in last 4 minutes yesterday
Even going back to their win in November against the Pats, they outscored NE 23-3 after the Pats scored on the first play of the 4th quarter.

Brady's gonna pick that underneath shit apart. You see how the speed of the steelers allowed a lot of YAC? Little amendola et al will take it to the house.
Gonna be a fuckin blowout.
Never mind the fact Peyton is pretty much a playoff choke artist.

the nfl is borderline unbearable in this regard. the whole point of parity was to prevent the dynasties and here we have the patsies and the steelers and even seattle and denver overstaying their welcome in the playoffs. imo it's nearly mathematically impossible for the bellichicken and the patsies to have so much success over such a long period of time. they, at least have been caught cheating and that's part of the cause.
the bottom line it all comes down to goodell and the nfl allowing this all in the name of tv revenue and ratings. the only good point is when the nfl is done milking the patsies, as either good guys or villians, the fall will be fast and furious. there's a reason why nfl games are called exhibitions.

Agreed its like wrestling. I just can't figure out how they pick which teams to be the winner.
