I have an original Italian espresso which goes on the hob. It's the best coffee possible next to one coming for a pressurised coffee machine. What's a "hob" ?

$40 bucks at Wadmart. Tired of the Mr.Coffee drip method, the Kuerig pisses me off unless you buy those fucking k cups...takes forever with the basket self fill... So we went old school...Percolated coffee.. What's your method other than the drive thru?? What's next, flying to Columbia to pick your own beans?

Ive had a drip and a Keurig. The best coffee I get is from a stovetop perc. One day I will try a french press.

I love coffee. Start every day with it. Part of my morning ritual yet I can drink a cup of coffee at night and go right to sleep.
I bought a Braun coffee maker about 18 years ago. It was incredibly well made. Unfortunately over the years, we cracked the glass carafe a couple of times. Proctor Silex bought out Braun and now for some reason, they no longer sell them in the US.
A couple of weeks ago, the pot broke. Only the second time in 18 years so not bad. But now getting the carafe is almost impossible because it's so old.
My wife has a pot of coffee brewed for me every morning and it's perfect. Best damn coffee maker ever and because of Proctor Silex, I won't be able to replace it with another Braun.
Damn them!!!
We also use a Kuerig sometimes if we want a quick cup of coffee.

My only other suggestion, try a German Department Store online. Shipping costs may not make it worth it.
