So you're equating that with forcibly teabagging a woman? LOL. My litmus test is always, what if that was my daughter or wife? Her career, background, witnesses, all stellar. This wasn't some 19 yr old football groupie bimbo accusing PM of something bogus. To me, the worst part isnt even what happened in the training room, its the fact that years later, after the settlement, that PM and his dad, Archie, king of the rednecks, reached out to her new place of work with the (now shown to be) lies from the book, to try and torpedo her career. Speaks to the asshole, bulletproof attitude Archie always had. No, I'm equating it with an incident that occurred so long ago that I don't give a shit. Fair enough. Slow news cycle for sports I guess. Its not really surprising. Archie's always had his own set of rules, including dictating where his boys wound up playing in the NFL.

+1 They violated the NDA agreement from the first settlement by publishing the same lies about her as before. From all of the testimony from everyone regarding this woman is that she was nothing but the consummate professional in everything she did. But a couple of good ole Southern boys get away with all of this because he's a football star. Frankly I'm tired of Peyton the corporate shill selling ever possible fucking thing that he can. What made me laugh, and what made the whole thing seem plausible, is that the brunt of the Manning's accusations was that she was a potty mouth. This. "shes a potty mouth" so shes a lying whore. Oh, and the other fall back "she liked to bang black dudes in the dorms". I give props to the former teammate that Peyton tried to get to lie and cover up, and the guy basically said fuck off.

Remember when someone who put his balls in a girls face (mistakenly or not) simply got punched out by a boyfriend or big brother? And then it was over.... Those were the days...

Those were the days... *shrug* Its a litigious society we live in. Thats reality. Plus, go try and punch out the golden boy star QB if you're her brother or bf and see if its over... if anything, that would make it worse, seeing how the Manning's seemed to hold a grudge. From all character witness accounts, this woman was on a fast track to a career, and wouldn't have had reason to make this up... so she reported it and it was settled, NDA and all. So like you said, it was over. If anything, it was the Mannings who wouldnt let it die by bringing it back up in their "book" and sending a copy to her new employers. Because God forbid the Manning empire get challenged apparently.

You guys realize the complaint is a one-sided argument by nature. Of course they painted her in the best light possible.
If I had to guess, and that is what we all have to do bc of the inconsistencies in the stories and the amount of time that has passed I would say that Peyton did something wrong. Something that he was embarrassed of enough to make him want to settle and the woman probably overstated what happened, which is common in civil lawsuits, and decided to take the deal.
What I find interesting is Peyton's vindictiveness and the extent to which he can hold a grudge. Instead of just letting it die they had to talk about it in the book which led to it being brought up again. The irony is that character flaw is also what probably made him a great competitor.

Weird imagining Peyton Manning having any form of libido, let alone plopping his sack on a womans face. I agree with your difficulty in imagining it, but it's probably not about libido, just like rape isn't. This certainly fits in with Peyton's personality

In other news, when Peyton was in Fifth grade he pulled Sally Jones pigtails. How much was her settlement? I heard she slept with the kick ball team. 300k.

Oh puleeeze. So a 19 y/o college star flashed his balls. ruined a career? I read Shaun Kings article. He is a racist fuck. None of this shit was ever proven and he was never even investigated. I am not big PM fan but this press witch hunt is complete bullshit in my opinion, which is all that is being reported, err regurgitated, at this point nearly 20 years after it happens. King is only doing this because PM is a high profile WHITE athlete he can make a name for himself on nationally. This I'm not even seeing how this is some breaking news shit. The sexual assault allegations were reported back when he was still playing at Tennessee damn near 20 years ago. And fuck that Shaun King dude. Throwing this shit out there because he's trying to draw some double standard between Peyton and Cam Newton. That's essentially what his entire article was about. A bunch of race baiting bullshit. isn't Shaun King that white guy pretending to be black? Fuck him and his bullshit.

He sexually assaulted a woman in college smashed his genitals into her face while she was looking at a stress fracture. His family went on to destroy the womans reputation career and like. Never liked him. Hate him more then Brady. He's a pos and karma is a bitch. If it doesn't get him. Ill try maybe that's why parcells wouldn't guarantee peyton would be the jets pick back in 97. i never thought of parcells as such a stand up guy though.
