So I've been using the free Pandora for a while for my musical needs, and it seems like a lot of the songs are repeating. Is the pay Pandora better, or is there a better free service out there?

I generally don't use these much as I just add music to my ipod, but its a process (just like Mr. T would say). I've used Songza for a bit, seems ok. I generally can't be trusted to stay under out data allotment per month via phone, so I usually stay away.

I thought this was about bracelets. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

You have to customize it, as in thumbs up if you like song or band, and thumbs down when you hate. It's not the smartest streaming site.
But it's pattern is to play the artist that you gave a thumbs up to more often. I use it when I ski and I do notice the same bands over and over. But hey, it's free!

F*** Pandadora. They put too much Steve Perry, not enough Joe Perry. Data science FAIL

Does anyone listen to the radio any more. Other then radio, which does get repetitive, I have my personal library, which is a bit stale, but listen to lots of music on YouTube, I like it.

Pandora sucks. I use Spotify, but that has it's limits as well.

I listen to Sirius. Favorite channels include 90's on 9 and Tom Petty's Hidden Treasures channel

Check out Tomahawk. It is a new application that combines your MP3s and online services to get you everything. Started using it a week ago and it is pretty good.

On side note, where are you guys getting your music to build your collection?
I don't know where to get mp3s anymore. PM'd info would be appreciated.
