We play a 3-4. We have multiple studs on DLine. In fact, we had 4 of them until Snacks left. I'd argue we have only 1 or 2 good LB's. We need 3 or 4. We're counting on David Harris and a big step in year 2 from Mauldin. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Jets take two LBs in this Draft....maybe one OLB and one ILB.
Anyone think Reggie Ragland would be a decent pick at #20 to play ILB?

I understand that's the one knock on him, his timed 40. It was about a 4.72. Not slow but not as fast as you'd expect for a 1st rounder. I do think he's explosive though, and having better football instincts as to where the ball is going, what angle to take, etc. makes up at least a tenth of a second in my opinion. He had good measurables in shuttles and other tests. In my opinion, he's a gamer. Highlights are just that....highlights. But you can get a sense for his capability. I still think I like him a 20.

If you watched some of the Senior Bowl practices you could see how badly he struggled in coverage. We need some speed back there and I could argue that the coverage from our LB's last year was the weakest part of our defense. He definitely a good player, but he was born in the wrong era.

Fitz and/or his agent need a reality check. No one pays a 30+ year old QB with a long history of mediocrity and little in the way of physical skills like a starting QB.
Mac should give Fitz a deadline to sign so he can use the money he has set aside for Fitz to improve other positions
