I hate this team. They make me appear to be unstable. The team makes you appear to be unstable?

I gotta say, I am NOT a #FUCKFITZ fan as anyone here can attest to but you gotta give credit where it is due. Those long balls shocked the hell out of me. I thought he got saved a few times on some of the short passes but they were clearly overshadowed by the long ball, his leadership and his ability to keep the drives going when we really needed it. Hats off to you my man...for one day at least, you earned a new hashtag #FITZBALLEDLIKEBRADY

Vindication. Feels good to put that fat cunt 0-2 after winning his Rex bowl last year. That to me was the best part of this victory, watching that bloviating imbecile and his pet monkey get absolutely eviscerated by what looked to me to be this franchises best offensive performance in a long time, maybe more than a decade even. I am having a tough time remembering the last time a Jet offense marched up and down the field scoring at will on almost every drive. Besides the 1 second at the end of the half, I think we punted once all game. Totally unbelievable for a Jet offense to put up 500 yards of offense; I cannot remember a Jet offense doing that in the modern era.
Other honorable mention...
OL gets a game ball to me, they did an amazing job pass protecting and did a decent enough run blocking job. Fitz was awesome and demonstrated why we needed him back so desperately. I never thought he could throw such accurate deep balls, nor would we as a team ever even attempt to throw so may deep balls. If everyone stays reasonable healthy, watch out, we could be looking at a much different animal then we all thought. B Marsh is the heart and soul of the offense Forte, Quincy, Jalin, Decker all of them, played out of their minds. Even though Jalin fumbled away 7 points, he did make a couple of key catches late in the game.
But the defense still sucks. Too many guys running wild in the deep secondary.

I loved D'Brick but man Clady, Ijalana and Qvale is so much better than D'Brick and Giacomini.

Last year the offense inexplicably outperformed the defense and it looks as though the rift this year is widening. This defense has got to get its act together. No sacks? Is tierod too mobile ?

I thought I was having a flashback when the Jets were driving in the 2nd half and the Bills D was flagged for 12 men on the field.

I have to agree. I was all over Fitz last week because frankly, he stunk....but the play calling I think also stunk.
This was the first game in a long long long time that we took it to an aggressive in your face defense.
This really bodes well.
Enunwa's emergence may be the biggest story of the year. He might catch 100 balls this year.

First two drives' third down conversions were basically gifts from the officials (that penalty, and then the fumble that was ruled incomplete), but then giving two taunting penalties including a total phantom for Decker's routine catch celebration just because Bills were in the vicinity (Jesse's tweet notwithstanding ) it looks like the NFL is cracking down on celebrations.

Hats off to Fitz. He played really well. Love the downfield throws. Where was that last season?
Also, love that the Chan decided to let the Jets big receivers assert their physical dominance on by attacking down the field. I wonder if that was the game plan going in, or if they decided to attack down the field after seeing the how the Bills were scheming defensively? The first two Jets drives were completely different from the rest of the game.

I could get vilified for saying this, but I sincerely believe that our defense thinks it is MUCH better than it actually is, especially up front. When was the last time they dominated someone up front and actually won the game? Please don't tell me last week because they could not stop anyone despite 900 sacks. Last night they got pushed all over the field and had a grand total of 0 sacks.

The wierd thing about Fitz is that I didn't have a high opinion of him before he arrived but he actually impressed me enough to want him back. I actually believed he could do something for us.
Some players such as Marshall and Mangold were very vocal and staunch about having him back.
The team obviously wanted him back but wanted to pay him as little as possible based on his precieved ability from the past (business).
Maybe us mere fans didn't or don't actually realise how good he is.
Or maybe he will be shite next week. I'm just glad we fucked over that thundercunt Rex, he broke my heart while he was here.
