I asked about this in a PM to Ragu. I think he replied I should ask about it here. I wanted to know if the site has a way to jump directly to the last unread message in a thread? I'm pretty certain that already happens. For me it does anyways... If I'm understanding what you're talking about.

On the right, the rectangle that says like "last post Hitman, 42 minutes ago". Don't click on hitman, just click inside that rectangle. That'll take you to your last unread message in the thread.

This might already be requested in this thread - but is there any way to create an icon on the thread list that will remind me of what threads I have already responded too. Yep....the combination of increased age and constant killing of brain cells every weekend is starting to catch up with me. The button on the top right that says participated. Shows all the thread you posted in. Im looking for one like JI no luck so far I see, I see....thanks again. Learning process.....and I'm a little slow on the uptake.

I don't think I understand this. Won't what you are suggesting just move you to the bottom of the thread? What if there have been 2 pages of posts into the thread since I last read it? Won't I skip past everything above the last post in the thread?

Try it, see what happens.

Every time I try it, I go to the last post in the thread. But perhaps I am doing it wrong. In the column under "last post" where it says, for example, "by joe shmoe, 1 minute ago" I am clicking on "1 minute ago". Should I be doing something else?

Nope, I was wrong.
On the left, there should be a "NEW" icon. Click on that, and it should take you to the first unread post.
Sorry for the confusion. it's my first day.

But perhaps being day one explains the other issue. I requested my old post count from the old site be added in, using Ragu's thread on adding in old post counts. Someone else asked after me. Did those requests possibly escape your notice?

Follow the link to the "Forms" section. Click on the "Post Count Form". Fill it out in triplicate, and bring it back here with the $10 processing fee.
Your post count should be updated in 6-8 weeks.

Sorry about the pushiness. But I was a little worried that the old post count thread might not get noticed. But thanks for the acceleration of the 6-8 week implementation time! As for the fee, let's just say "the check's in the mail."

Any way we can get a "new posts" or "active threads" button somewhere at the top? Something you click on and it shows all the most recent activity regardless of the sub forum it was posted in?
