If any player has a significant or noteworthy injury, it must be listed on the practice report, even if he fully participates in practice and the team expects that he will play in the team’s next game. This is especially important for key players whose injuries may be covered extensively by the media. Maybe for Pats players a concussion isn't a significant injury? It certainly isnt one for a Pats fan.

I dont blame Tom for playing through it, but arent the rules that the Patriots have to report and/or disclose that or some such, and follow the concussion protocol? Teams do not have to disclose concussions. There are independent doctors on each sideline during every NFL game. It is their responsibility to initiate the concussion protocol. So if a team determines on Tuesday that a player got a concussion on Sunday, they don't have to disclose it on that weeks injury report? I'm calling BS on that.

Ego is bigger than brains. Dude's already won every record he can. Is playing 5 more years worth sitting in a wheelchair drooling at your kids grammar school graduation?
You have more money than god dude, get out and enjoy it.
And speaking about ego, wouldn't you expect Belidick to be advising him the same?

Might of been a non-football injury, like getting hit across the face with a dick.
