Hackenberg looked fine...and has tremendous upside. Petty was ok. I'd be fine with either one of the two starting the season. No sense starting McCown.

I'm trying to resist jumpin ship on Macc and Bowles but if McCown starts that's it for me. I would never root for injury on an opposing player, even that cheating piece of shit corn-holer Brady. Would it be wrong to hope for an injury to one of our own players? If McCown just got, like a flesh wound that kept him out, for just a few weeks then it got infected and it kept him out a few more weeks then sepsis set in for the remainder of the season but at the end he came out totally healthy maybe one leg shorter than the other but not too much shorter just a barely noticeable limp and maybe some skin flailing off his torso? Would that be wrong? _ |

A couple of observations from last night's practice:
Elijah McGuire is gonna be a great addition. He kinda reminds me of Bilal. He showed good balance and maintained his speed after effortlessly turning the corner on one run. It remains to be seen if his vision is Bilal like when running between the tackles. He also showed good catching ability. Jmo,but I think Mac found 6th round gold.
The secondary has a ton of potential. Roberts and Burris are two big physical corners and seem to play with confidence and attitude. Maye is very athletic and rangy. Can't wait to sed him paired with Adams. Skrine still sucks.
ASJ is the truth. Leggett looks great as well. I couldn't really tell how they performed as blockers but tbey will be an asset to Hack.
Williams Mo Richardson Pennel and Simon. Good lawd. No need to have McClendon waste a roster spot. Cut him.
Chris Harper reminds me of Victor Cruz. I like him. Charone Peak looked great. Did he gain some weight? He looked bigger.
