Speaking of flops, I just checked in on WR Devin Smith, he cleared waivers after his release and reverted t the injured reserve list for the Jets. Is it possible he will ever be a productive player for the Jets? I'd assume he'll be out of the league by next year when we can finally cut him. It was a terrible pick from the moment the card went in because he was a one trick pony in college....another black eye for Mac. |

Devin Smith and Hack may both be out of the league by next year. 2 completely wasted 2nd rd picks who can't even get on the field. Talent evaluation is not the GMs strong suit. Futz for 12 million? Contract negotiation also isn't his strong suit. Mayb he's good at mowing the lawn in florham park. |
