Maybe we'll have our first kneeler! The fuckin Jets contacted the NYPD Pipes and Drums last year to ask us to play their horse-sh*t "Law Enforcement appreciation" event during a game. We informed them we would not attend due to the NFL's coddling of racist, spoiled cry-babies. The Jets then called the NYPD brass to try to get them to force us, unfortunately for them, we formed in 1960 as a self-funded, independent organization they have no control over us. A Chief called us and asked "did you really turn the Jets down?". We said yup. Chief paused and said "Good for you!". FYI, last time the Jets asked us to play, they ushered us in, we played, they handed us a boxed sh*tty lunch as they ushered us the fuck back out of the stadium without one fucking ticket to watch the game. We listened to the game on the radio on the way back to NY. This is how they operate. You should have accepted, played "We're not gonna take it" by Twisted Sister as the turds appeared from under your kilts.

I absolutely remember you talking about that after it happened and it disgusted me and was a big factor in my current feelings on this shiity joke of an organization.

RB Isaiah Crowell to Jets, 3 year deal, per Twatter. Do we like this??? I haven't seen a Browns game in years.... Guy posted this a while back after 5 cops were killed in Dallas by a BLM assassin. I have a problem with that, especially after we just got rid of another cop-hating thug. I think you've had an idea of how i feel over the years about this kinda shit... THAT is fucked up and ignorant/prejudice. And all the cops who died deserved none of it. If you are gonna do garbage like that, then get the CRIMINAL ones. Stupid motherfucker posting shit like that. And like I'm some beacon of grace lol

Not an awful first day. I like the pickups on defense, Johnson and Williamson. Id be on board with the Eifert idea. Crowell is a solid back and a compliment to Powell.
Ryan Jensen sign yet? That could be a nice pickup for Center.

Well, he's better than Wesley Johnson. Middle of the pack really - strong pass-blocker, not so strong in the running game. Can also play Guard. A decent pickup, probably not too expensive.

Long, 27, was a third-round pick for Washington in the 2014 draft. The 6-5, 318-pound Nebraska product started 12 games at center in 2016 as an injury replacement and six games last year before landing on injured reserve with knee tendinitis.

The Redskins had no plans of re-signing their former 3rd round pick from 2014. Long started games at guard to begin his career with the Redskins, but became a starter at center following Kory Lichtensteiger's injury in 2016. The Jets plan to play Long at center.

While the numbers might say that he is not a good run blocker, the redskins had very little when it came to running backs, both Sam Perine and Rob Kelley are plodders. While CHris Thompson who was their best back by far, was the passing back running on the outside. Don't be surprised if he is better than expected in that area.

I guess I am willing to be open minded with this signing.

Fucking idiotic. For what it's worth, he did come out afterward and gave a public apology & donated a game check to the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation. He also vowed to work with the police and the community.
