I got some real issues here. let me start with a hail to 32, never fail to disappoint, was on the floor. With that said, what is going on here, it seems everyone is missing the biggest and most troubling picture here. These caves, it was noted, regularly flood, we are not talking some trickling water, they reported with any moderate rain these caves "FLOOD" and flood heavy. I need to know, with this in mind, why is anyone, no less a group of, to quote MCV, Utes allowed to even enter the cave, why isn't the cave entrance not cemented closed? It would seem to me that this cave is a death trap and is just inviting death. I am thinking that whoever let these kids enter this cave should be shot and pissed on, this seems to be negligence at its finest. Supposedly this was a tradition. Who knows how many other teams have done this safely over the years. The coach fucked up and didn't check weather reports or whatever. Reading between the lines on the lack of coach-bashing by the on the ground media there, it seems they understand it was a tradition that needs to end...and that this particular coach wasnt guilty of anything other than following those before him. I heard he also was in pretty rough shape because he deferred alot of his food rations to the kids..

Because, while this was an immensely stupid idea, it wasn't in America where every child is given a bubble wrapped trophy for getting to adulthood without a scratch or an experience. Have you ever talked to your parents about the stupid and dangerous things they did as a kid for fun? Now parents are arrested for letting their kids go to park by themselves. Sadly this didn't go well and worse a navy seal had to lose his life to save theirs. Stupid move? Yes, by current American standards it sure was. Then again this would never happen in America because parents helicopter so much they wouldn't get off the soccer field without a fear they might trip over the sideline. Supposedly this was a tradition. Who knows how many other teams have done this safely over the years. The coach fucked up and didn't check weather reports or whatever. I'm not talking about parents, fuck the parents, and I agree, the world has gotten so PC I want to puke and parents have gotten so soft, it's no wonder kids are so fucked up today. What I am relay referring to here is local government or whoever is in charge of the cave access, why are they allowing access, especially with the rain that had happened and was happening. I don't know, what I read is the caves flood regularly. again, I don't know, your right, I'm not there, just seems too easy for locals to not know the caves would be flooding since it had been raining, i mean after all, they knew that had they not gotten the kids out when they did the rains would be flooding the caves again.

They usually fuck the kids there. You realize Thailand is known for pedophile sex tourism, right? So you expect a country that is KNOWN for pedophilia to be worried about a cave entrance? I don't see that as realistic.

Im not gonna pile on the coach. He was doing what his coach probably did with him. It was a team-building exercise gone wrong. Mother Nature is a cunt sometimes. Glad they all survived. And they should erect a statue for the one hero who gave his life.
