This would be just about the worst move for Rex possible.
Taking over with Matt Ryan and Julio Jones in Atlanta, I totally get.
Taking over in Buffalo with E.J. Manuel and Jeff Tuel at QB...well...just L-O-fucking-L at anyone who would be even the least bit concerned about this.

2nd interview in a Head Coach search means nothing. They still haven't been able to interview Gase or Pep Hamilton who they are very interested in. I think they're just doing their due diligence. 5 of their coaching candidates are still in the playoffs. And I don't think Rex would ever take a job again without a QB in place. I think it's either Atlanta or SF or ESPN/CBS. Think about this for a second. There is no way Rex gets more production out of that defense in Buffalo than last year. They were 1st in sacks, 6th in int's, 6th in turnover differential and 4th in yards. So basically with a downgrade at QB for 2015 the Bills would have to at least repeat that effort to get 7-8 wins with Manuel as QB. Not likely to happen since the turnovers will probably go up. It's a no win situation for Rex there and he knows it after 6 years here with the sh*t we gave him at QB. They're not waiting. They want Rex Ryan over those other guys.
