Somewhere there's a racist woman hater who is feeling really conflicted about this poll.

You left out the "Who cares" option. The guy is 80 gazillion years old and now the gold diggers suddenly come out of the wood work. Fuck 'em. If they were traumatized they would have come out when it happened. And don't give me that times were different BS, we outted a friggin president for god's sake, they would have been listened to.
Too late for long story short but "were resistant" maybe, raped, don't buy it.

Of course, you have to wonder why everyone waited something like 30 or so years before coming forward, but what are the chances that 29 (I think that's the latest count) accusers are all lying? They're not making these claims in hopes of getting money, since the statute of limitations has to be long since passed.
It's hard to believe Cosby's money and fame weren't enough to garner him a huge share of ass without having to resort to the things he's been accused of doing. Still, I'm just not buying that there's this huge plot to spread lies and destroy the reputation of a big celebrity who has mostly been out of the limelight since the start of the new millennium.

Scum sucking bottom dwellers Attorney's chime in please.
2) And yet what's his name was sitting in a target parking lot with bags of Mr. Happy and Vaseline and pants around his ankles, when he could have walked into any Morristown bar, announced he was a Jet, and gotten whatever he wanted (including a bj from SAR\SG3.) Go figger?

Yes. Generally the answer is 3 years. Some loopholes may exist if, for example, the victim was underaged and/or just "remembered" the incident within the last 3 years even if it happened decades ago. Gloria Allred seems to be trying her luck with some of the women who may fall into the "loophole" category. The vast majority of the accusers, however, are completely time-barred.

Gloria Allred seems to be trying her luck with some of the women who may fall into the "loophole" category. The vast majority of the accusers, however, are completely time-barred. For claims related to assault and battery the limitations period can vary from state to state. Many states limit civil torts to a two year limitation period. A key issue in any limitations analysis is when the limitations period began to run. For civil torts the standard is usually when the aggrieved party knew or should have known about the events that gave rise to the claim. Many sexual assault victims repress memories of what happened so their awareness of what happened to them such that they could bring claims against an alleged perpetrator may not arise until years later. You saw this a lot in the priest/molestation cases in the late 90s. So it is possible that some of these women will collect on verdicts or settlements. They are not easy claims though. The plaintiff has to overcome the issues of law surrounding the limitations period and assuming they prevail on the questions of law they still have to produce evidence to prove the factual allegations. It may be difficult to find much evidence after decades.

LOL every single one of them? And what WOULD Rashad say about her bestie/meal ticket for years? C'mon. He did bad things to at least some of these women. Pollyanna.

All of a sudden 30 women are randomly conspiring to undermine a man whose recent relevance is pudding pop commercials, for what probably amounts to no financial gain due to the statute of limitations.
But Bills innocent. Free the Coz!

In all likelihood he was perfectly pleasant to Rashad. It's not like the allegations are that he tried to rape everybody or that he went around bragging about it. At the time they were on the Cosby Show together he would have had a huge incentive to behave around her to keep the show going and now she has a huge incentive to keep the show in syndication. What would you expect her to say even if she knew? "Oh yeah, he bought a new ugly sweater every time he raped a woman."
