Don't know what to tell you. Your definition of a drop must differ from ESPN statisticians, I guess. There wrong plain and simple. He had a drop in the championship game. Ask sect210 if you don't believe me he watched them enough I'm sure the guy dropped the ball if you are saying he did. I'd be more inclined to believe that ESPN doesn't know what the fuck they are doing. Ever tried to read one of their bot articles? They must have implemented their liberal agenda machine to write all their sports articles because they make so many mistakes it's embarrassing and it's also why they are losing money hand and foot or whatever the fuck that saying is.

Let's agree never to say the names Geno and Fitzpatrick ever again in our lives. Sanchez Tebow Geno Fitzpatrick. Can you believe that. I mean can you. But i agree This makes me sick. It is hitting Browns level of ineptitude and the only reason they win is cause they've done that for the last 15 years. We've been worse the last 6 though. At least they had some good play out of a few of them. Derek Anderson was ok that year.

That woman at the zoo has such an annoying voice. I'd jam a pen into my ears if I lived with her. You talking about the chick in Indy?

This offense is so embarrassing.
If you really had WR as a position of need then why the hell did they just go SS, FS, WR, WR?
Don't try to find logic in this. You'll just confuse yourself because clearly these idiots have no idea what they are doing. Even if this kid is a good pick, I'll defer to the others like Lithfan on that, but WTF are they doing drafting depth players who are basically now fringe 4th and 5th WRs on our team? Seriously, WTF! We need OLine, we need TE, we need a fucking RB!!! And this is how they drafted. FML.

Deepest position on the team so let's take another WR. _ They HATE the tight end position.

Did you guys see how embarrassing the Falcons draft from their base was? Talk about the worst level of effort or "give a shit" you could ever see. Should have done that from Cobb County with some real fans at the Braves stadium. At least those drunk white suburbanites would have brought some WOOOOOOOO.

It's all I did at the draft party last night. And totally sober I hate this team. They embarrass me. This is a travesty. I don't know that I'll watch more than 4 games this year. I can't do it. It's unhealthy. I'll die from a stroke.

Here's my problem, and I know you guys think I over reacted at the time. But I am reacting to the situation based on the last 10 drafts. Every year I say they CAN'T go defense here again and they do it AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.
We started 10 different OL players last year. There was the highest rated player on the board at any position available. You can't tell me there were no good lineman in the draft. Our running game and passing game would have greatly benefited from building the team the right way. But they got a safety at a time when the NFL has basically devalued the position. They did it 3 years ago with Calvin Pryor and even then we were like WTF would you do that when you can't hit a WR anymore?! Pryor was a good college player too. I get that Adams is better, but I don't like the pick at #6. I sure as hell hate this draft now with the passing of Cook and drafting ANOTHER safety and being literally unable to trade Richardson or Pryor. It was stupid to do, you don't start two Rookies in a secondary at safety. It's a recipe for disaster. We're gonna get obliterated for some big plays this year.
That said, I'm reacting to the big picture. It's absolutely unequivocally clear to me that Macc is a scout and a terrible GM. This team is terrible. They just drafted BPA in a vacuum with zero context to our current team. That's alarming. Now trading out of picks when there is good offensive talent available and getting shit in return, this wreaks of Idzik's doomed last draft, 12 players, no trades, no players left on the team.

Ed Reed might have been a great leader but no one would have known it because that was unequivocally Ray Lewis' team for 20 years. And in my opinion that type of leadership while great from other players is needed and most important at the ILB position. They are the QB of the defense. They need to be the absolute leader. David Harris has never been that guy but I do like what he gave us the last 8 years. I just think this kid's greatest strength is one of the least important attributes to have at that position. And he did NOT have impact plays the way he should have for all the chatter. They love his interview. That's great, he should have been a salesman then. How about a guy that shows up on game day and wreaks havoc... I stopped watching highlight films long ago. You can make Vernon Gholston and Kyle Burnt Toast Wilson look amazing in a highlight film. I want to see stats, impact, and full game tape. This kid isn't Troy PeePeeHair. He doesn't make that kind of impact. And even Troy wasn't drafted that high. Sean Taylor went around there but he was also labeled a can't miss safety with amazing measurements... And he never had the impact in the NFL. This pick reminds me more of Sean Taylor and less of Ed Reed and Troy PeePeeHair. Don't have it in me to argue with you after yesterday. For the record, I do watch game tape, not highlight films. The kid is a good player. His game tape is way better than Pryor's and I like him a lot better than a guy like Malik Hooker. He has great instincts, much better play recognition than a guy like Darron Lee from last year. He makes our team better. If you want to argue that as a safety, the positional value to take him at 6 was not there. Can't argue with you. I would have preferred OJ Howard or Mike Williams or a trade down, especially after taking Marcus Maye in the 2nd round. We continually ignore the most important positions in the game: edge, #1 WR, feature back, shut down corner, LT and QB. After yesterday, I understand and I feel your frustration. This man gets it.
