Remember the 90s when turkey burgers, turkey london broil, and turkey chili were getting popular. I told the wife don’t ever cook this crap for me again. I like turkey at the holidays or at a good yiddish deli. I would rather eat one good burger a year than 20 turkey burgers. The taste like shit and Im sure this impossible crap is even worse. Then again maybe with 6 slices of bacon on top it may be edible Turkey burgers are good. It’s all about what you mix in the turkey. Agreed. I think the problem with the Impossible Burger is they are marketing it as a replacement for beef rather than an alternative.

Instead of taking a car and making it in to a small flying plane, take a small flying plane and turn it in to a car. Planes are already part cars when they taxi. Cars are not already part planes, at least intentionally. Think about it. Cessna should lead the flying car charge, not Ford.

What would impress me more is if Burger King came out with a low carb bun option, or a bun-less burger option, and stopped vilifying beef and fat, when its sugar and carbs that are making Americans fat.

I’ve had salmon burgers that are pretty good. Put enough crap in it, some kick ass toppings, and a sweet bun. Same theory works with wimmen!

Impossible to get.
That and beyond meat brand. They actually expanded to quick and its hard to get, they cant keep up with production. I'm sure Burger King is paying a premium to make sure they keep in stock, but most restaurants that started with them cant source. But most of these products are $8-10 per pound. Add in the mark up and they are charging like 20 buck for a burger!!!! I suppose i could google it, but no idea what Burger King is charging for this vegan pleasing product.

There used to be a small burger franchise in the midwest that operated in the 1970s called "Lil Duffers" that sold soybean based burgers - they were only 25 cents and were delicous.

The article I read said suggested retail price was $5.59

So my wife and I are assholes then. Can't really comment on her. How ya been? The guy re-appears to find a post to get offended by then leaves. Is he laboring under the misapprehension that this is a nest of high-minded statesmen and philosophers? Doots still rates as the number one giggle trigger word amongst its denizens. common Nope. And not offended, having a lol. Also, never left. Just cause I don't have much to say doesn't mean I don't read.
