I cant defend this. And Just like the FBI I dont want to hear about the rank and file when shit like this is going on. There are sheriffs around the country who have said they wont enforce the mandates on their officers. This makes them look no better than the politicians. Sheriffs are elected not hired. There is a difference in their authority over a PD that works for a City. I think this was a bit of a staged event/protest. From what little you see it looks like they were not conforming and left the officers no choice. I am not really sure this started as a vax compliant. My point is they wont enforce the mandates against their own but have no problem locking up the citizenry. Rules for thee, not me. I have defended the police at every juncture. They are put in impossible positions every day and expected to perform flawlessly. If there is proof this man was causing an issue prior to their response then I will reconsider my opinion. But if it was simply a non-vaxxed complaint then my opinion is what it is. And yes, the man should comply with the officers once they tell him he is under arrest. Even if I feel the arrest is unjust. You are only putting people at risk by resisting arrest. Sort it out after. |

This is largely because those most of those sheriffs are elected, while the policymakers in the NYPD are appointed. Or something. |

Like I've posted previously, I've heard there is more to this story and that cops in NYC, for the most part, are not running around enforcing this shit. They are fed up too. Luckily, I am out now and will never have to face the "just following orders" quandry alot of cops seem to be facing around the world. They need to speak up and let the public know bc they are losing support over this. I cant imagine these guys joined the force to become DeBlasshole's mask gestapo but optics is everything. I assume that they are voicing it internally following their chain of command. The reports of enforcement seem to be few and far between and could be more for the people that are resisting for the attention that needs to get this moved to the forefront. I think most of NYC is vaxed and most people just want to move along with their day so they comply never thinking of the slippery slope. Very few people are willing to take a stand unless there is a majority in front of them. |

I cant tell you how many people have brought this up to me when talking about covid. "Have you seen what the police are doing now?" Normies who arent really in tune with the political stuff. Not a good sign. Speak up. PBA. Whoever. The necessary and proper channels of communication aint cutting it. |

These folks are being arrested for trespassing. A business owner calls the cops to remove someone and they don't leave they get arrested. That's the deal.
