In an ironic twist of fate, the Jets will trade the 11th pick of the draft to the Colts, who will select QB Jordan Love. In return, the Jets will get the Colts first round pick, #13.
The Colts have two second round picks, #34 & #44. As part of the deal, the Colts and Jets will also swap second round picks with the Jets getting pick #34 from the Colts and the Colts getting the Jets pick at #48.

Usually I'm all for a trade down, but not this year.
Don't get cute
Stay at #11 and either take one of the Top 4 OT's (Thomas/Wills/Wirfs/Becton) or one of the Top 2 WR's (Jeudy/Lamb).
I'd be pissed if we missed out on all of those guys just to move down a couple of spots and pick up an extra 3rd round pick.

If there are 2 or 3 players you targeted in the first round then you trade down. If there is only 1 then you hold. Also depends on compensation obviously.

Draft is rich with two positions the Jets need OL and WR. Unless someone makes an offer stacked in the Jets favor, take what is there. I do not want to see Adams traded and the Jets need to lock him up long term. If Anderson will sign a reasonable contract, sign him up too. If the Jets get a center and bookend tackles, it would be a great draft. Find some quality in the 4th round and get an edge or WR if someone fits the bill. I'd like to see what L. Bell can do with a competent O line and not a bunch of guys a paycheck away from loading UPS trucks.
