IMO Ken Burns is one of the best documentary filmmakers in history. "Baseball" and "The Civil War" are some of his best work.
In response to the virus he has convinced PBS to make "Baseball" available everyone. If youre a baseball fan its a must. If youre just looking to pass time I think it will grab your interest.

America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past. It reminds us of all that once was good and that could be again. Oh...people will come Big L. People will most definitely come.  |

On a dark, humid night, you could fall asleep listening to Kiner explain the phenomenon that was George Theodore. Bittersweet moments, for, in the morning you were off to the coal mines of Carle Place. |
