We're all Mormons now - copious fam time, home-schooling, food making and conspicuously grey-haired wives.......

Remember the old stories of a neighborhood kid getting chicken pox and all the other parents sent their kids over so they could all get chicken pox?
In hindsight, I wish I could go back to late February, found somebody who had it & made sure I contracted the fucking virus & gotten the fuck out of the way.
Be walking thru the stores with a fucking swagger now.

Be walking thru the stores with a fucking swagger now. I thought the same...but then again, they knew even less about it then and had no idea how to treat it. Ironically, many of us here posting about this now probably would turn up a positive in an anti-body test. The more testing they are doing, the more wide spread this seems to have been(and the lower the active disease/death percentages truly are). I know many people who swear they had this in Dec/Jan....

There once was a man from Nantucket Love Nantucket, they do a great Christmas festival. Had a pal from NY who painted houses there every summer when we were younger, he had a blast and ended up marrying a chowd broad. I guess that didn't rhyme with what you posted.

I’ll be pissed if I’ve already had this and I could be walking around with impunity right now.

I bet your pal made a ton of $$ painting houses there. And probably schtupped a few lonely housewives vacationing there while their husbands were back in the city for the week.

The Cape is great off-season and the Ferrys out of Hyannis to Marthas Vinyard and Nantucket are great. Def. worth a trip if you've never been. The fall there is great.

Saw a few people outside talking face to face, no masks. And instead of taking a picture of them to forward to the authorities I said hello bc I am a normal, functioning human being.
