For the sake of accuracy he shouldnt have been reported as an "independent" examiner since he was hired by the family but it seems like the speculation people were making about asphyxiation not requiring tissue damage may be correct. We all know there will be more rioting. Hopefully it is contained and the governors have the appropriate personnel to protect life and property from the start. |

Thats why it is imperative for the prosecution not to convolute their case. |

They don’t want justice. thy wanted a black candidate, got Jesse, wanted court representation, got Thomas, wanted a president, got OBAMA. any changes? this cop was bad and should go to jail as should a few every year I imagine..... this is so much bigger. you and. Are NOT responsible for 55 years of out of wedlock children dropping out of school at 15 and wondering why they are discriminated against. I unfortunately have dusted off my Glock and will carry it on me the next few weeks. |

I can’t find the legislation that really made it clear that LE need be careful with black people? police brutality legislation? A NY magazine article by a more than likely free lance writer is not prima fascia evidence. I do remember OBAMA judging the professor in Boston, Travon Martin and Michael Brown without facts. I, after voting for Obama the first time, was gravely disappointed at his inability to address this issue. I think you and I want the same thing.... we see the solution differently. |
