I'm sure the RS are doing their bit to eliminate racism in the facility. Eliminating racism and prejudices in the heart and mind of many will never happen. Punitive and social condemnation will never, ever, eliminate it. It might make a negligible shift, but more than likely it will harden it among those who see the system favoring those deemed 'victims'. Until the social and justice systems eliminate class/race/victim distinction and begin to treat the entire population with the same respect and allegiance, it will never change. In my opinion, it will never change as the system feeds on polarizing it's populace which breeds prejudices. To those who watch the TV news or read the left over rags, it's their business model. You can hate, just as long it is the officially sanctioned targets designated by the system. Then it's just fine.
Catch -22, noun: a dilemma or difficult circumstance from which there is no escape because of mutually conflicting or dependent conditions.
