These clouds are called mammatus clouds. Derived from the Latin mamma (meaning udder or breast). These mammary clouds are a cellular pattern of pouches hanging underneath the base of a cloud. So, you’re not crazy. You did see titties in the sky yesterday!

Was at Citi Field when clouds like that rolled in with thunder accompanying it. They immediately evacuated the stands before a sick storm rolled through. Pretty pretty cool..and scary.
