Why the fuck is the simple swap math not adding up? Never had an issue previously. It's not even a small deviation which is to be expected but a massive $2 difference check the fees eth fees are through the roof. if you were swapping an erc-20 token the network fees were probably the cause i sent $500 in usdc earlier today and the network fees were like 46 bucks. gotta swap for something like LTC and use that instead of an erc-20 token like usdc

I expected a fairly hefty fee from the exchange but was surprised at how much simple swap took for the swap. It was essentially $1000 for 83 theta which was not anywhere close to where coin market cap had it trading at (approx @ $9.6). Always saw people complain about the eth fees but I guess I understand it now. Are there any stable coins which are not erc20 tokens? Obviously the main reason I used usdc

Obviously the main reason I used usdc Your trade could have exchanged when everything was crashing. Just because simpleswap shows you how many coins you will get it all depends on when it actually exchanges. Maybe that's the problem....not sure.

I've been both rewarded and screwed when the rates changed during an exchange but this was more substantial than any of those price fluctuations

I've been both rewarded and screwed when the rates changed during an exchange but this was more substantial than any of those price fluctuations since eth went way up the fees for erc-20 tokens has gone nuts check and see what the network fee was on coinbase (not the coinbase fee, but the network fee)

I am going to start creating NFTs of my father's artwork. We should create a Hampur NFT. It is a very strange market and some things are making millions. Could use the logo, throw the welcome Dickheads underneath. Thoughts? Supposedly people are making NFTs out of everything, pictures, art, music, tweets, recipes, etc www.theverge.com/22310188/nft-explainer-what-is-blockchain-crypto-art-faq

No..but probably should be. absolutely should be. leaving money on the table makes taxes a little more of a pain in the ass but the way i see it it pays my taxes for me staking ada is a bit more involved than other stake coins... you have to choose from a ton of stake pools and some are way better than others, just gotta do a little research not sure how easy it is with other wallets but i used the yoroi wallet (which is an extension in the chrome browser) paired with my ledger nano s (cold storage wallet) for ultimate security glad to see ada pumping, i think it's got a lot of room to run, especially when they finally get smart contracts
