Sure it's all fun and games until it crashes into a stadium of 70,000.
When they let fans back in.
Someday.

A few years back I was a Wrigley Field for a Cubs game and they were practicing for the Air Show which takes place on the Chicago Lakefront. While watching the game you could hear the jets in the background. All of a sudden an A-10 Warthog came screaming by low and loud. Very impressive and puts the fear of God into you. I was sitting with a former Airforce vet who looked at me and said: "That's the sound of freedom baby." Oh, and by the way, Fuck Troy Aikman and that no talent Joe Buck who piggybacked off his father. However, he does have a hot 2nd wife. link I think Troy got hit in the head. Alot.

Flyovers are awesome. And they also serve a practical purpose for our military in terms of exercise.
Trump has literally broken these people beyond repair. I am glad the poor schmuck watching on TV gets a glimpse into the elites disdain for all things America.

Someday. bbobbo 2nd Team Getting Their First Start Dec 9, 2015 #15 raduray said: Anyone know how the inevitable civil suits were resolved? When Things Fail or Fall: Personal Injury and Negligence | Sensors and Journalism On December 9, 1979, John Bowen, a 20-year-old from Nashua, N.H., was attending a Jets-Patriots football game in Shea Stadium (ancient history) when he was struck in the head by a “radio controlled model airplane” that was part of the halftime show. He died six days later from brain injury.2later, a $10-million damage suit was filed in Federal District Court in Brooklyn. Named in the suit were the Jets; the Radio Control Association; and Philip Cushman, who designed, built and provided the model airplane. The settlement amount was not disclosed.

The US Armed Forces are, by law, not allowed to turn their weapons on the US residents; that law, or set of laws, has stood for centuries. Yet, ex-military can put considerable social and military-social pressure on a citizen; because that citizen "doesn't know the code" or some such nonsense. That is a dereliction of duty. nyah nyah nyah

I would assume, call me crazy, that the pilot would have to take off before the flyover and land after it. Just a thought. Also as someone else mentioned it is a precision maneuver which is a good training exercise. It also gives a public forum to celebrate the American soldiers/seamen and airman that keep America safe which is valuable in my opinion. Especially considering that they usually bring the crew to the stadium after halftime to be applauded. number of takeoffs should always equal number of landings. The Bermuda Triangle says hi

It was a condemnation. I'm confused. Maybe I don't know what "broken beyond repair means." I'd say it was an observation. "Theres goes you tax dollars"...which is true. Kind of goofy flying over an empty stadium anyway. All in all who gives a shit anyway. No one is allowed comments anymore. I remember when Howard Cosell said; "Look at the little monkey run." We all shook out heads and went on with our day.
